You lead your section with authority and consistency. Whether it’s the grill or cold section, you set the tone — delivering high-level execution during busy services while maintaining full control over quality, timing, and detail.

At Bar Karma, we’re looking for someone who takes real ownership. You lead by example, keep standards high, and know how to guide and motivate the team when the pressure builds.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Take full ownership of your kitchen section

• Lead, direct, and support the team during service

• Maintain and elevate standards in quality, timing, and presentation

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service

• Bring structure, overview, and strong leadership 

YOU ARE

• Passionate about food and hospitality

• Able to maintain a clear overview during high-pressure service

• A confident leader who motivates and elevates the team

• Highly detail-oriented with strong timing and quality awareness

• Experienced in the kitchen (minimum 3 years)
