At Le Petit Bouillon d’Amsterdam, you are the face of the city's table. You are the one who welcomes guests, fills glasses, brings plates, and ensures everything at the table is in order with a smile. You smoothly adapt to the hustle of the day: from the first coffee and croissant to a full house in the evening with wine, classic dishes, and lots of conviviality.

You work at a fast pace but never lose focus. You chat with regular guests, help a lost tourist find their way, and confidently advise on dishes and wines. For you, service is not just about serving, but above all: ensuring people have a great evening.

What will you do?

As a Waiter / Waitress you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.

• Taking orders and confidently guiding guests through the menu.

• Serving food and drinks with attention to detail and genuine hospitality.

• Advising guests on dishes, wines and suitable recommendations.

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.

• Processing payments and maintaining clean, well-presented dining areas.

• Contributing to the lively, welcoming atmosphere that defines Bouillon d'Amsterdam.

• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential. We are happy to teach motivated people.

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• You are outgoing, approachable and enjoy interacting with guests.

• You naturally understand what different guests need, whether that's efficiency or extra attention.

• You speak Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.

• You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.

• You are a team player who is always willing to support colleagues.
