For over 20 years, Finca La Vuelta has been a well-known name on the Costa Blanca. A charming restaurant and boutique hotel where guests enjoy surprising food, top live entertainment, and a warm welcome. We are the go-to place for weddings, private events, and special evenings out. Whether by the fireplace inside or on the stylish terrace outside – it’s all about experience.

What we offer:
– Full-time position (40 hours per week), working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
– Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday
– Work in a close-knit, enthusiastic team with international guests
– Optional housing in a shared apartment with two colleagues (€350/month)

Roles & Responsibilities

Bar Staff
– Prepare cocktails, wines, and all types of alcoholic drinks professionally and efficiently
– Independently manage the bar during your shift
– Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
– Advise guests on drinks and respond to their preferences

Service Staff
– Welcome guests and provide a warm reception
– Advise on dishes, wines, and menus
– Serve with care and attention to detail
– Assist with setting tables, preparing the dining area, and event setup
