What will you do?

As a Bartender you will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the bar team throughout daily operations.

• Preparing innovative and internationally recognized cocktails in accordance with the quality standards of Ferilli's Hospitality Group.

• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste for all cocktails and beverages.

• Creating daily staff schedules and ensuring efficient staffing and smooth bar operations.

• Training, mentoring, and developing (new) bartenders while sharing your knowledge and expertise.

• Ensuring compliance with recipes, standard operating procedures, as well as health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Managing inventory, identifying purchasing needs, and minimizing waste.

• Contributing to an exceptional guest experience while supporting the service team whenever required.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional bar environment while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

• You have extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology, and you are committed to continuously developing your expertise.

• You work with precision and have a keen eye for detail, presentation, and quality.

• You are highly organized and able to maintain oversight and control of bar operations, even during busy service periods.

• You are passionate about hospitality, have excellent communication skills, and interact professionally with both guests and colleagues.

• You are solution-oriented, take ownership of your responsibilities, and are confident in taking initiative.
