At Peakz Padel, the expert in padel, we are looking for a driven Area Manager to further shape our growth in Germany. 

About Peakz Padel 
We are Peakz Padel, pioneers in padel, active since 2015. Our strategy is the best quality on the court combined with the best vibe off the court. 

In the first quarter of 2025, we will expand into Germany with the opening of three brand-new clubs. This strategic step marks an important moment in our international growth strategy and gives us the opportunity to introduce padel to a new and broad audience. 

This brings us closer to our ultimate goal: having padel in the Olympic Games in 2032. 

What will you do? 

• Strategic Leadership: Translate Peakz Padel’s vision into a regional growth plan and ensure successful implementation. Drive key performance indicators such as customer growth, revenue, and brand recognition. 

• Operational Management: Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience at all our clubs by streamlining and optimizing operational processes. 

• Team Development: Lead and inspire club managers and their teams to achieve top performance. Be their coach, mentor, and prima ry point of contact. 

• Market Development: Play an active role in increasing the visibility and popularity of padel in Germany, including partnerships with local (sports) organizations, events, and marketing campaigns. 

• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, partners, and suppliers, to support the growth of our clubs. 

• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor performance and regularly report operational and financial results to the CEO. 

• Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in the sports, retail, or hospitality sector, preferably in a multi-site environment. 

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus). 

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You see opportunities to grow padel and Peakz and know how to seize them. 

• Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving commercial and operational goals. 

• Passion for Sports: You understand the unique appeal of padel and are motivated to establish this sport as a prominent part of the German sports landscape. 

• Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing a growth strategy for your region, focused on market development, member acquisition, and local partnerships. 

• Team Development: Leading and coaching club managers to elevate their clubs. 

• Market Positioning: Actively contributing to the visibility of padel in Germany by supporting initiatives such as tournaments, events, and partnerships with sports organizations. 

• Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with local and national stakeholders, including municipalities, suppliers, and sponsors. 

• Reporting: Analyzing results and trends and translating them into recommendations for further growth. 

Organization: 
The primary goal of a Peakz club is to provide players with an exceptional experience where the combination of high-quality facilities on the court and the unique Peakz Vibe off the court are central. Padel is more than just a sport; it is a social activity where moments after the game – such as enjoying a drink – are just as important as the game itself. 

At the club, Peakz focuses on building a strong and engaged community. This is achieved through organizing various Club Sessions, accessible events that foster connection and togetherness among players. The Club Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that every member feels welcome, enhancing the club atmosphere, and making padel accessible to a wide audience. 

For younger players, the Peakz Padel Academy offers professional lessons from certified coaches, while for the older demographic, specific Club Sessions such as Old Jack’s are organized. This way, Peakz creates an inclusive environment where players of all ages and levels can develop and become part of a close-knit community.
