As a supervisor, you make sure everything runs smoothly, the team stays sharp, the energy stays right, and guests enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish. You support the floor team, maintain the atmosphere, and step in wherever needed, always with calm, confidence, and a clear overview.

You’re present, visible, and in tune with the team. You know how to motivate people, keep things on track, and create a positive, relaxed vibe, even when the pace is high.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Actively work on the floor during service

• Support, guide, and motivate the team

• Monitor quality, pace, and overall guest experience

• Solve problems before guests even notice them

• Continuously look for ways to improve service and workflow

YOU ARE

• Experienced in hospitality (minimum 3 years)

• A natural leader who leads by example

• Strong in communication and keeping an overview

• Guest-focused with an eye for detail

• Someone who brings energy and direction to the team
