As Sous Chef at Bar Karma, you support the Head Chef in running daily operations while keeping the team motivated, focused and organised. You oversee multiple sections, maintain quality standards and step up when leadership is needed.

This is a role for someone who combines structure with personality and wants to grow within an ambitious hospitality concept.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

• Coordinate multiple sections during service

• Train and guide kitchen staff

• Monitor consistency, quality and kitchen standards

• Step into leadership responsibilities when needed

• Help build a strong kitchen culture

• Experienced in leadership within kitchens
