What will you do?

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing the restaurant team.

• Creating a positive, professional and collaborative working environment.

• Maintaining exceptional brand standards and guest satisfaction.

• Overseeing and optimizing the daily restaurant operation.

• Managing inventory and monitoring food cost.

• Controlling labour costs and workforce planning.

• Driving profitability and operational efficiency.

• Preparing and executing budgets as well as short and long-term business objectives.

• Ensuring the highest standards in service, food quality and beverage presentation.
