You will work from a centrally located office in Utrecht, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station, together with a team of enthusiastic and driven colleagues.

How to succeed;

As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the financial processes within the organization. You ensure that the administration is always correct and support crucial closures and reports.

What are your responsibilities?

Financial administration:

  • Processing and controlling the purchase book, sales book, bank book and cash book.

Debtor and creditor management:

  • Preparing and checking sales invoices.

  • Monitoring payment deadlines and sending reminders.

  • Check and approve purchase invoices.

Period closing and tax returns:

  • Perform memorandum entries in the general ledger.

  • Preparation of period closings.

  • Assist with sales tax returns.

What is expected of you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and accurate professional who has:

  • Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level.

  • Experience with financial software such as SnelStart and MS Office (advantage).

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.

  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach.

  • Affinity with the hospitality industry is an advantage.
