The Hospitality Recruiters is looking for a Door & Reservations Manager

This is one of the largest and most iconic clubs in the Netherlands, located at Rembrandtplein in the heart of Amsterdam. Since 1968, they welcome thousands of visitors every week for the most popular events. With top-notch lighting, sound, visuals, and décor, they offer a unique experience to their guests. This bar is part of De Poppes Group, a leading hospitality company in the Netherlands.

They are looking for a Door & Reservations Manager to ensure that everything related to our VIP reservations runs smoothly. Are you the organizational powerhouse they need?

What will you do?

• Welcome their VIP guests

• Enforce door policies to ensure all guests follow house rules

• Check VIP reservations

• Resolve issues during the evening

• Answer the VIP phone and provide information to guests

• Promote the VIP offerings by maintaining relationships and visiting partner locations

You can expect to work 1 administrative day per week (Tuesday) and 3 days per week in the nightclub (usually Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
