At Bar Karma, you’ll be part of a fast-paced kitchen where quality, timing, and good energy come together. No two nights are the same, one day you’re prepping for service, the next you’re cooking for a packed venue at NDSM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and plate dishes during service with consistency and care

• Keep your section clean, organised, and ready at all times

• Monitor quality, presentation, and timing

• Work according to HACCP standards

• Support the team wherever needed during peak moments

YOU ARE

• Experienced in the kitchen (minimum 1 years)

• Calm, focused, and reliable under pressure

• A true team player with a hands-on mentality

• Passionate about food and hospitality

• Someone who takes ownership and responsibility naturally
